Women in Data Science (WiDS) Cambridge, in collaboration with WiDS Worldwide, is hosting a conference on Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Microsoft NERD Center in Cambridge, MA. We are seeking posters from students, postdocs, and early researchers in the New England region for an in-person poster session.

 

Poster submissions

We invite students, postdocs, and researchers from the New England region to submit a poster for presentation at WiDS Cambridge 2026. Please provide only one poster submission. All posters will be peer-reviewed and 15 will be selected for presentation. If selected for presentation at the conference, your poster will be featured during the in-person poster session. We also invite all selected poster presenters to give a live one-minute Lightning Talk during the conference. Selected poster titles and abstracts will be featured on the WiDS Cambridge website.

 

Timeline

• Poster submission deadline: Wednesday, February 11 (11:59pm EST), application and abstracts due (200-word max)
• Notification of selection will happen on Friday, February 20
• Selected posters should be printed by Monday, March 2 (11:59pm EST)
